A MESSAGE FROM CORY A MESSAGE FROM MIKE I appreciate the opportunity to share one last message with all of you as I retire from North Coast after 35 years and 41 years in the business I m grateful for the opportunities North Coast the Lemman Family and Sonepar provided me along the way The support of my wife and family has been amazing as well This industry is exciting dynamic and rewarding and I m confident those same opportunities will be there for all of you as you continue to serve our customers and build your Farewell to a Great Leader As I write this message to all of you it is with deep emotion that a great leader is retiring after 35 years of remarkable leadership at North Coast Mike is an overachiever and demonstrated his leadership skills the minute he was hired at our great company in 1987 Mike began as a Sales Associate and quickly moved into leadership roles due to his visionary capabilities and his desire to win He served on numerous boards improving the direction of those companies and he gave great exposure to North Coast across the country I personally believe he is the greatest leader North Coast has ever produced He led us through some of the most difficult times this company has ever experienced Through each of those storms we remained profitable which is an accomplishment in and of itself His mind is progressive thoughtful and laser focused He implemented so many best practices that are recognized by Sonepar today that I am proud to share across all SUSA Opco s Mike thank you for all you have given to our company I will miss you my good friend Begin with the end in mind Mike Miller careers at this great company I ve often said to many new Associates that if you like people you ll love this business We have great customers great suppliers and a great team of Associates Each of those communities will provide lifelong friendships and amazing experiences For those willing to work hard and work together there s no end to what can be accomplished This business like many others is evolving and needs a larger and more diverse population just like the society we serve Becoming more inclusive and working hard to value our differences and challenge ourselves to develop better strategies and solutions is going to be critical to success I m encouraged by the work I see in our planning and vision on this important objective Finally this business has always valued people and at its core people want to buy from people Digital tools creative services and unique solutions are always going to evolve and support our business and we should expect to have the best Serving our customers supporting our suppliers and working together as a team will ensure success Your future and the future of North Coast is in good hands Thank you for everything Mike Miller Celebrating 45 Years With Rick Bumpus I have worked with Rick for 40 incredible years and began my career as his inside salesperson in our Everett location Rick moved quickly through the company to leadership positions beginning with Seattle Manager which at the time the goal was to break 200k in Gross Margin We have come a long way since that time in our history but it demonstrates the years of his commitment Rick serves as our COO and has led this company to be one of the strongest operations companies within Sonepar He drove us to customer surveys which lead to our DOTP initiative which is considered best practice within Sonepar Rick has been a crucial leader in the buildout of our World Class CDC which is now live serving Puget Sound Rick thank you for your Loyalty Dedication and Leadership You have a great impact on our company Cory It s a little overwhelming and exciting to see Rick Bumpus achieve his 45 year North Coast Anniversary award Over those 45 years Rick has not only witnessed but in many ways helped architect and guide North Coast through its many stages of growth and development We are who we are and where we are in the distribution world because of Rick s deep commitment tireless energy and creativity I ve always appreciated Rick as a business partner mentor and friend I m confident Rick still has a few more great ideas and strategies to keep moving us forward Thank you Rick and congratulations Mike 4 5

Bremerton WHO S SUPPORTING MY iSAM PROGRAMS Tool Day by Josh Kayser Supply Solutions Group has managed the support of the iSAM Program since its inception in 1999 back when iSAM was called VMI iSAM stands for Inventory Supply And Management and it is the North Coast branded program to manage inventory for our customers by Dave Cotter Who do you contact for what though How do you know who to contact Who can answer a question Let s break it down for you iSAMSupport isamsupport northcoast com This is the central information hub of the iSAM program If you don t know who to ask iSAMSupport will either answer your question or guide you to the right place This team of 2 full time Danna Jenkins and Ben Worden and 1 shared associate Andrea Higuera This summer we wanted to get back to doing more customer EXPANDING OUR REACH WITH customers They maintain a central database of all iSAM sites and provide delivery schedules and updates as needed or requested PREMIER GPO If you have a question send them an email to their group email address and it will begin a ticket in their work queue to address by Ben Weller takes care of the day to day transactions for iSAM They print barcodes process Consignment Billings and Transfers run reports project manage iSAM Setups Teardowns Increases Reductions Audits and answer all the questions and issues for you and your your issue If needed the team customer events once the building a buying group utilized by hospitals and health care providers projects were complete but it looks as though we will run out iSAM Implementation iSAMImplementationTeam northcoast com across the country Just within North Coast s geography it s an This team of 3 people Tim Dooley John Kennedy Andy Murphy travels to all of the North Coast territories doing site setups astounding 25 000 locations audits teardowns reductions and more They help to review material lists provided by customers or even work to apply the Lean 5S principles to our customers sites and catalog their inventory and create a bill of materials for them They arrange iSAM conex Our plan of attack is going to be offering what their current deliveries and coordinate with local warehouse and delivery teams for large material movements and racking deliveries This team providers are not in areas such as EV Charging Energy is mobile their office is typically their vehicles or hotel room as they work to service all North Coast s iSAM customers Conservation and Lighting Vendor Managed Inventory of time this summer We hope to continue with a huge new rebranding once the sign and new paint is up We have great momentum building and we look forward to hosting more customer oriented events Lighting Controls and more Once we get in we can start the work of
